Quit smoking support is something that many of you need to give a trial. If you’ve been like most smokers, that say they intend to quit and know that they should quit you are not alone.

It’s not your fault that you have this intensely deadly habit. It is the makers of the products from cigars to cigarettes to chewing tobacco. It’s all bad for you and me. Some people work in industry or area where smoking is allowed. This should be put to a stop. When a local waitress aged 57 died recently the news made the headlines in the Detroit Free Press. The information was not about her love for her job. The write up was not about how many years she worked at this establishment, which was twenty seven (27). But the write up was about this being the first documented case where a person who did not smoke was actually killed by inhaling second hand cigarette smoke. How sad that she lost her life trying to make a living as a waitress.

You see, this is why I believe that smoking in public is bad for everyone involved. But in order to get over the hump of quitting you should take a good look at a quit smoking support group.
The group doesn’t have to be one of those all gender groups. It could be a mixed group. It could be people from your local church. It could people you work on the job with at the plant or factory. The point is that there are smokers all around you. And you probably know who they are. Why? Because you’ve often done what smokers do. Smoked. You looked for someone else that smoked and could supply you the cigarettes if you did not have any. You probably asked for a light if you didn’t have any fire nearby. The point is that you know who the smokers are and could probably point them out just by seeing them.
Those people that are around you smoking could all benefit tremendously from a good quit smoking support group. Now the support group concept is just that, one from of quit smoking support.

This gives you the idea that you can use quit smoking pills, patches, nasal sprays…there all part of the field of quit smoking aids or products that support your efforts.
You really only have to look beyond the end of your arms for more help. You and you alone are the best quit smoking support around bare none. You can do amazing things if you learn how to think properly.

How many times have you sat there and told yourself “I need to stop smoking “? If you’re like most smokers, you have thought about it about a million times. However, it was easier to start smoking than to stop smoking. When I asked my friends why they began smoking in the first place, A lot of them remembered that it was the cool thing to do as a kid. Some have confessed they started to smoke as early on as 12 years of age. Unbelievable!

Many would like to know if there is a stop smoking program that will truly work for them. The answer is “yes” if you “want” it to. These programs are out there to help you in letting go of that nicotine addiction and moving forward with your smoke free life. However, you have to really want to quit in order for it to work.
